I was so happy to be asked to paint a portrait of a beloved pet by a client for her brother as a Christmas present. I liked the way it turned out, and then I got this amazing text and photo on Christmas day:
" Merry Christmas!! My brother loved your painting!! Thanks to your awesome talent!!"
This reminds me of why I love painting and am so honored that I got to play a part in capturing Sparky's memory.
